DORINDA SAAWAH BOSU

She is the Executive Director of ACAiD and an Mphil graduate in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST with specialisations in Environmental management and Project management. She has a vast work experience in the Non-governmental sector in the capacities of an HIV/Sexual and Reproductive Health coordinator, TB Coordinator, Project Coordinator for Multisectoral HIV & AIDS Alert Programme.
(MSHAP) and the National Strategic Programme (NSP). She has had trainings in diverse fields including Monitoring and Evaluation (Ghana HIV and AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation Course) and has gained much experience in the field.
She was a 2012 participant of President Obama’s Initiative for Young African Leaders- a mentoring partnership and after has been engaged in several projects on health, environment and community development. She is an associate of 350 Ghana and part of the Green Ghanaian Initiative team which won the 2015 Young Innovators’ award during the Green Innovators Bootcamp at Ashesi University. She is passionate about Sexual and Reproductive health among the youth. She enjoys research, teaching and engaging with community people.
