Our volunteers are taken through thorough training and orientations in all our thematic areas. This training addressed adolescent reproductive Health issues like gender norms, sexuality, building self-confidence, teenage pregnancy among many other pressing issues bothering adolescents and even young adults. These trainings and orientations help equip our volunteers with in-depth knowledge and build their resource capacity.  Our volunteers go with us to outreaches and mass educations in schools and other places where lots of young out-of-schools work.
